RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if there is a crack in the cymbal within 6 months of purchase, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. No Return on personalized cymbals, i.e. any personalised engraving will disqualify the cymbal for a return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain authorization to make a return. After receiving confirmation, securely pack the cymbal, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return in a form of store credits. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your discount coupon. We will notify you by email when your request has been processed.

● The cymbal must be returned by the customer in order for the discount coupon to be provided for the next purchase.
